1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing RLZ (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. Age Requirement and Parental Consent

The App is intended primarily for users who are 16 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to use the App.

Parental Exception: If you are under the age of 16, you may only download, install, or play the App under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Guardian Responsibility: If you are a parent or guardian permitting a minor under 16 to play the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and assume full responsibility for the minor’s use of the App.

3. Licence and Scope of Use (Including Streaming, and Content Creation)

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal entertainment.

Streaming and Content Creation Exception: You are fully permitted to broadcast, stream, and create video or audio content of your gameplay (e.g., on Twitch, YouTube).

You may monetize this content through standard streaming platform features like advertisements and viewer donations. However, you may not sell the gameplay footage itself as a standalone product, nor charge users directly to view it outside of standard platform subscriptions.

Content Restrictions: Your streams and videos must not contain, promote, or be associated with any illegal, hateful, racist, sexist, or highly offensive commentary. We reserve the right to revoke your streaming permission if your content severely damages the reputation of the App.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Safety

You agree to use the App safely and lawfully. We do not condone, encourage, or tolerate the use of this App for, or in connection with, any dangerous, reckless, illegal, or harmful real-world activities. You must not use the App to cause harm, risk, or injury to yourself or others.

5. Updates, Patches, and Modifications

We may from time to time provide updates, patches, bug fixes, or upgrades to the App (collectively, “Updates”). You acknowledge and agree that:

Right to Modify: We are not obligated to provide Updates, but we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice.

System Requirements: Future Updates may change the minimum system requirements needed to run the App. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets these requirements.

No Liability for Changes: We are not liable if an Update alters gameplay mechanics, resets local save data, or causes temporary compatibility issues with your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers disclaim all liability for any real-world actions, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use or misuse of the App.

7. Violations and Termination

If you violate any of these terms, your licence to use the App terminates automatically. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under these terms.
