This Privacy Policy describes how RLZ collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal data of users accessing the RLZ App. This policy is designed to comply with Global (DPDP + GDPR + CCPA) and other applicable global data protection regulations.

Personal Data refers to any information that identifies or relates to an identifiable individual. Processing includes collection, storage, use, disclosure, and deletion.
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT
RLZ does not collect Personal Data
RLZ may periodically send location data to its servers. This data is anomynous and not linked to any personallized id.
- PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION
Location Data. RLZ is a real-world game that uses real-world geographical information in order to generate content.
During a game, RLZ uses your current location to retrieve nearby geographical information.
During a multiplayer game, your location data is transmitted through our servers in order to be sent to the users of the additional phones you are playing with, to allow all participants to see where they are during the game.
- DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell personal data. We do not sell location data.
Data may be shared with trusted service providers, regulatory authorities, or legal entities when required.
Subscription management. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes your purchase history, associated only with an anonymous identifier, on our behalf to validate transactions, prevent fraud, unlock purchased features, and provide us with aggregate subscription analytics. RevenueCat acts as our service provider, does not sell this data, and encrypts it in transit. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy revenuecat.com/privacy for details. - DATA RETENTION
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill purposes outlined or comply with legal obligations.
- USER RIGHTS
We do not collect personal data, but Users can still request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of their data.
Requests can be sent to contact@kl2u.london. There wouldn’t be anything to retrieve or delete, but it is your right to request it.
